| AT & A Wing handles all matters relating to personnel administration of DOPT, cadre management of the Ministry, vigilance matters of the DOPT, budget of the Department, coordination work of DOPT (including RTI and PG), administrative tribunal, reservation in services, staff welfare, RTI policy including administration of CIC, all matters relating to cadre management of CSS/CSSS/CSCS, allocation of services of state Govt. employees after reorganisation of states and redeployment of surplus staff. |
